What--is that hope that I feel?
Mar. 23rd, 2002 02:47 amI've had a chance to see your resume online and I'd be
interested in talking to you. My name is Chuck
K***** and I'm a Regional Vice President with Primerica, a
Citigroup company. Please call me at
734-XXX-XXXX or email me at X@primerica.com. I'm
usually in during the day, but the
best time to reach me by phone is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Someone to whom I didn't submit my Monster resume found it anyway, and might have a job for me?
I think what I'm feeling mostly is... shock. Perhaps amazement is a better description.

Date: 2002-03-24 01:34 am (UTC)I only need to work until I go grad school, anyway. (And working in Michigan a year would give me residency there....)
As for being a Christian Scientist... I don't think I am one, but I've read up on some of their literature (including some about the woman who began the group in the 1800s), and I agree with a lot of their points. (I do believe in modern pharmacology, however. I hope to study psychopharmacology if/when I get to grad school, actually.)

Date: 2002-03-25 10:37 pm (UTC)I do have a regular church in Michigan, but I'm willing (and actually eager) to try out new sects, new denominations, new paths of spirituality. If you know of any places I could visit in SE Michigan, please let me know.
Re:
Date: 2002-03-26 05:47 am (UTC)i can only direct you to places in australia. I know what you mean abotu wanting to try other religions/sects/denominations. i feel exactly the same way. CS is great for me though
