lemony chicken
Apr. 28th, 2008 07:12 pmSo, I'm looking at recipes online, but perhaps you all could help me. Otherwise, I'm wont to do this by trial and error, and I hate erring with chicken.
I have boneless chicken breasts, which are already marinating in pineapple juice.
I have lemon, diced.
I have white pepper bought just for this occasion.
I also have red bell pepper, green onion, pineapple chunks, honey, and the barest essentials for spices (for example, I don't have rosemary). There are oranges and apples, as well, if I decide to go for the really fantastic.
I'm thinking baking this might be the best, but I'm open to panfrying as well.
I plan to serve this over jasmine rice.
Any ideas?
