So, I'm looking at recipes online, but perhaps you all could help me. Otherwise, I'm wont to do this by trial and error, and I hate erring with chicken.

I have boneless chicken breasts, which are already marinating in pineapple juice.

I have lemon, diced.

I have white pepper bought just for this occasion.

I also have red bell pepper, green onion, pineapple chunks, honey, and the barest essentials for spices (for example, I don't have rosemary). There are oranges and apples, as well, if I decide to go for the really fantastic.

I'm thinking baking this might be the best, but I'm open to panfrying as well.

I plan to serve this over jasmine rice.

Any ideas?

I agree about baking. Since you don't need oil with that combo, and you don't want it to dry out.

Bingo. Oil would not add to this, and might ruin the flavor balance... I'd broil or bake.

I would check this one out, and tweak to fit what you have.
