I had a dream that an end-of-the-world event was imminent. I was told that, come the next day, the sun would never set again. The corollary being that, on the other side of the world, the sun would never rise.

Then I was tasked with getting in touch with a meteorological center for information and instructions. The first number on the sheet of paper I'd been given didn't pick up after three attempts. As this was an emergency, I was getting a bit anxious. There was a backup number, which I dialed, and I got a private citizen. I apologized for the call, but I explained that I really needed to get in touch with this meteorological center, and I politely asked if he had a contact number anywhere in his home. As it turned out, he did. The number he gave me was (888) 888-8888.
