I was just thinking: Does Bush have the political capital to push through a non-moderate nominee? If Harry Reid stood up and said the Dems were filabustering to prevent another rat in the culture of corruption from building its nest, who's side would the American people be on? It seems like they couldn't be labeled obstructionists at this point. Or do I just read too much liberal punditry?
