novapsycheI did a little research (Google is a wonderful thing) and figured out why people have been calling my business for Katrina relief.
The number they need to call is not toll-free. The area code they need is 901. So now when people call for assistance, I can give them the number they really need.
Seriously, though. People have lost everything they own, and the feds can't even cough up a toll-free number?
