Date: 2005-09-01 02:03 am (UTC)Well, it's true. NPR today made a big deal about Bush "cutting his vacation two days short" to get back to DC today to "lead the recovery effort". I've cut my fucking vacation short to collect an important printout! This is the leader of the free world, a hurricane hit his country and SANK a city, and he was still on vacation until everything "stabilized".
