My boss just told me that he'll be going out to California for the next two weeks. I told him we're going to need him here, but he gave me the pshaw treatment. He's looking for a place to buy/rent, as he's sold his place in NC.

He wants to move his business to CA at some point in the future, probably in the next five years. I understood this when I signed on. He's going to pick up and move the entire business. I think I'll be ready for CA by then.
