I'm getting really sick of the phone today. I had to ask someone this afternoon if he would like to engage in a professional conversation.

I'm almost afraid to ask what sort of unprofessional behavior the caller engaged in, especially given my own experience with unprofessional calls. sigh.

I don't even have that luxury, though I'm allowed to hang up if after I tell him they need to talk in a normal tone of voice they continue to scream at me. Done it twice in 6 months.
