The only way for Rove to remain in power unscathed is if he receives help from the media.

I'm wondering how many letters to the editor/ombudsmen I can write to express my displeasure at the press giving a potential traitor legitimatizing cover.

I think the press sees red over this one. They know he's a jerk, and one of their own is in jail to protect him.

Plus, this guy has been masterminding the war against anyone in the press who dares to criticize the White House -- Dan Rather, Newsweek, etc. Here's their chance to strike back.

He's got so much power tho. I trully think he is the one making the decisions for the President in this administration.

I imagine much of the Press is scared of what he will do to them if they go after him.

Plus I'm not sure if firing him will go much good - he will still probably make the decisions - he just won't get paid (directly) for it.

I'm trying not to hold my breath. I so want him to go down.
