I have salmon in my refrigerator at home right now. i got it at pike place market yesterday. it's v. fresh. i will be baking it with lemon pepper and sage tonight.

Sidetrack has a wonderful stuffed salmon dish. The terriaki rice bowl with salmon at Red Robin is also quite good.
