Today the phones were a complete 180 from yesterday. I have not been this frustrated in well over a month. (It didn't help that our phone lines were being worked on, and then there was a bleedover/interference thing going on with the main line and the extensions.)

I had planned on putting in some overtime tonight, but not now. I'm outie.
