House Majority Leader Tom DeLay on Thursday blamed Terri Schiavo's death on what he contended was a failed legal system and he raised the possibility of trying to impeach some of the federal judges in the case.

These people (Delay / Santorum, etc) are just unbelievably fucked up. I suspect that they know all about the Constitution, and how it was intended to work, so I can only guess that they are truly traiterous swine by working to undermine it for their personal ends.

Umm, the framers of the Constitution fucking DESIGNED it such that the judiciary is "out of control" as far as the Congress is concerned. The courts ride heard on Congress, NOT the other way around. Congress keeps watch over the President. And the President can override and in some instances appoint the courts. That's how the fucking system works!

It's like one of Jon Stewart's guys said: There are principles for all occasions... The Republicans were all in favor of State's rights and smaller government when they weren't in CONTROL of the Federal government.
