novapsycheWell, I did have one crash--the first time this computer has really and truly crashed on me. But other than that, things have been fairly smooth.
It is really icky and dreary out. The light flakes have given way to the thick ones. I am glad I don't have anywhere to go tonight.

sarahmichigan and dionysus1999 took me out to Seva, a restaurant in Ann Arbor devoted solely to vegetarian cuisine. After our appetizer of yam fries, I had a butternut squash enchilada. sarahmichigan ordered a red-wine flight to go with our order; the flight lets you sample three different wines for a very reasonable price.
Then when we got back to their place, they pulled out a bag of stuff and asked me to reveal what was inside. They got me a bathrobe (very fluffy) and a sheet set for my 'new' queen mattress/bed. In addition, there was a CD thatdionysus1999 had burned for me (I can't remember the artist's name! Chris something), and a preconstructed, erm, game deck that we put to the test that very evening. Then, all too soon, it was time for me to go home.
Being with them made me realize how blessed I am to have the people in my life that I do.
