Ack! I hear that there are blizzard conditions up near the UP (that's the Upper Peninsula, for you non-Michiganians). I hope sarahmichigan and dionysus1999 are safe during their trip. (They're on the road right now!)

The roads SUCKED ASS on Wednesday. Ass, I tell you! I drove out past Grand Rapids and the average highway speed was about 30 MPH, with cars in the ditch every 100 yards or so in some places.

Today was much better.
