Help me get ready for my interview!

It's been a while since I've done anything like this. What sorts of questions should I expect? One that I dislike is, "Where do you see yourself in five years?"

One that floored me in an interview is, "What do you see as a weakness you want to improve on?"

I HATE that one. Actually, I usually got it is: "What do you think is your greatest weakness?"

After getting that one a few times, I swore my answer was going to be: "I hate questions like that, that's my biggest weakness."

Generally, with the "weakness" questions, I'll use something that is kind of a weakness but also kind of a strength, like my ridiculous attention to detail. But one that I want to improve? Hmm. I think I have an answer for that. I'll give it some thought. Thanks!

The best interview tip I got was to have five questions ready for THEM. That way you look very interested in the position.

Oh, that's a good idea. Hmm.
