Aug. 17th, 2004 12:33 pmHmm. I need to decide what poems to bring to the group tonight. Last week, I got generally good reviews on "Evidence [3:10 and I hear]" (which is different than the "Evidence" that deals with a car crash). I got useful feedback, too.
I'm thinking of bringing "Concubine" (formerly parts I and II and which remains unfinished--I envision at least two more sonnet sections) or even "Lazarus" (which I'm resisting, because it's out for consideration, so there's little immediate incentive to work on that right now). But I definitely want to bring something long. I've noticed that some poets will bring double-sided sheets in order to sneak in two poems for critique, and that remains an option.
