Interesting article, interesting premise. I've been entranced with electromagnetic fields for awhile now, figuring them to be the regions where consciousness resides.

But I don't know if that really is what I think.

Interestingly enough, the ideas in this article cooincide with Isaac Bonewitt's theories about magick as a sort of Psychic Switchboard made up of electromagnetic radiation as he posits in Real Magick. Donald Criag in Modern Magick talks about science catchign up with hermetic thought with the Wave Nature of matter, which parallels the vibration/intonation theories in hermetic magick.
