Jun. 1st, 2004 11:21 pmI fly apart at large distances;
I force matter into space.
I am the son of a photon:
I light upon the shadow and fix there.
I am restlessness in motion,
I am mistaken weight.
I'm dew as time evaporates.

Date: 2004-06-04 12:31 am (UTC)I really like it when someone can take on the subject of science with a meditative or spiritual tone, because I think in some respects, science is sacred knowledge.
I also like the rhymes. Good work, hope you're not mad cuz you have yet another person talking about your poetry. I enjoy reading your work.

Oh, and I've been trying to write about science for a little over a year now. This poem, while not really about science, uses some of the same tone and terminology. It's fun, lifting language from different places.
