This type of thing I've noticed as well. In the underground of electronica I've found one of the most lacking things is political and awareness provocatation(in the mass). The music in itself has alot of meaning and politics but I've always wished more people would sample in some really good thought seeds. I have a hope that the previous nature of apathy to politics from rave revolution generation expires and then releases new non-thought tactics into fighting for the right to think or expand consciousness into ego-death or non-thought. We seem to strive towards the liberation of the physical, mental or spiritual and I hope that we can pull them all together in combined unity.
