I work as a typist for a title insurance company. As such, I type a lot of dry legal language all day. Here's something that caught my eye/ear--all those wonderful Bs and Ps:

Rights of others, if any, existing in or with respect to the present and past bed, banks, bottomland, and waters of any body of water, if any, abutting the subject property.

I'm thinking of titling a future poem "Bed, Banks, Bottomland".
