So I've decided to try to eat breakfast more regularly. I've got some instant oatmeal, which is better than nothing.

I'm trying to come up with a way to eat more protein in the morning. Any (non-dirty) suggestions?

When I was in high school, my mom would make me a few triscuit/peanut butter (or triscuit/cheese) sandwiches for breakfast. Both peanut butter and cheese seem to be good sources of protein. They're quick and tasty. :)

yup, they even have that chocolate super protien drink as well as Super protien 2004 both of which i am very fond of. then again, i prefer to drink in the morning and not have real food, it makes me less likely to get a tummy ache or else SUPER hungry before lunch

I've been eating 1 egg and 1 piece of toast for breakfast for awhile now and I tend to feel pretty good in the morning.

Eggs, cheese, peanut butter - 3 of my favorite foods.

Hard boiled eggs especially are easy to make a bunch of ahead of time.

yogurt is always good and milk in cereal gives you some protein. a lot of it depends on how much tiem youa re willing to spend makingt he stuff, if you like cooking, and whether it has to be able to travel (as in, you eat it on your way). I was on a low-fat (make it yourself) quiche kick for a while. one can last you about a week and you can vary what you put into it.

Thanks, everyone. You've given me some good ideas. Eggs with cheese has been a favorite that I've abandoned for some time, so maybe I'll go back to that. And I never even considered yogurt.

Peanut butter in the morning just doesn't seem right to me, though. :)
