Yes, I watched Rice testify.

There was a point where a commissioner asked her a yes or no question five times in a row. She kept going off into verbose responses that never answered the question.

This happened more than once.

Kerrey accused her of "filibustering" his questions, as he had only ten minutes to ask anything. His facial expressions during her testimony were very telling.

Was he the only one who pressed her?

Richard Ben-Veniste also pressed her at times. He's the one who asked her a question point-blank five times with Rice giving a nonanswer.
