There were some booms outside, so I think the cat was scared off. (What were the booms? I dunno. I don't stick my nose in the goings-on of my parking lot. I've some scary neighbors.)
I've signed a lease (which I'm really glad about, actually, as it gives me a recent rental history). I believe that's up this fall. After that, I'm looking to move at least to Ann Arbor, which is 20 minutes away but is a much better city than the one I live in now.
