This is a very important question! Fundamentalists would say no, sin is sin, it does not change.

This is an essential difference between evangelistic fundamentalist Christianity and liberal Christianity. In fact, I don't know how liberal liberal Christianity is anymore. (It's been awhile since I've been in church.)

Then the fundamentalists are ignoring their bible.

"Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should bring forth fruit unto God.
