I would have to agree...and the same would be true if the left-wing students were doing the same thing. This raises dangerous questions, like what happens to an instructor discussing the Iran-Contra scandals presenting known and documented facts...Will the instructor be later black-balled because the conservative students didn't like what they were being told? Just a thought.
