So, the second day back...

... F and I did a little experiment: we watched The Wizard of Oz, muted, while listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. We went out to Best Buy to get the album specifically for this experiment. It's the first Pink Floyd I've been extensively exposed to (I've heard songs here and there on radio stations, but generally the stations I listen to do not play Pink Floyd).

Anyone else try this? It's interesting. When we are fully equipped (that is, in possession of LSD), we will try this again. I've already seen The Wizard of Oz on acid before, but I think the Pink Floyd would add a dimension not heretofore realized.

F says to go out and get this album if you don't already own it. "There's a reason it's a high seller." The song I'm listening to is his favorite on the LP.
