novapsycheTEPCO CEO apologizes for nuclear reactor damage -- "TEPCO's President Masataka Shimizu was taken to hospital on Tuesday suffering from fatigue and stress." Part of me truly believes this is a polite way of saying 'nervous breakdown'.
