Today was a bit chilly, but the sun was bright & smiling, so I went for the walk that I wanted yesterday. I discovered a nature path just for residents of the apartment complex where my father stays, so I walked that (& found a picnic table that might be just the place to pen some new work). Then I turned out onto the sidewalk proper & had a nice brisk walk on a brisk day.

I'd just begun to perspire when I arrived back home. I felt great.
