So my yogurt of choice is Yoplait Whips! (specifically the raspberry mousse). I've tried several of their other flavors, such as key lime & orange creamsicle, but this is the one to which I keep returning.

I bought about five individual containers the other day & sat down to have one this morning for breakfast when I noticed something on its front. In bright blue capital letters it exhorted me to TRY IT FROZEN! I hadn't really thought of that possibility before, especially not with the Whips (due to the texture). But with such an imperative, I really had little choice.

I just pulled the yogurt from the freezer. It's a bit solid, so I'm going to let it soften a bit. However, with the small taste I managed I can see that this is a nice alternative to, say, buying a carton of frozen yogurt for 3-4 times the price. It's a good size for a single serving, & I like the idea of having something I know is good for me for a dessert.

Have you tried Fage greek yogurt? It's in the organic section of kroger. I like the snack size with honey though peach is also ok. Kroger brand low carb is pretty good too but I du no about corn syrup content.

I'm rather fond of the yoplait delights. Although I don't imagine they would do well if you want something frozen.
