I suppose no one has stopped to consider that maybe the reason women are being laid off in smaller numbers is that they are paid less.

for the memory....true...I put it in my memories.
I agree with Sophia about pay. Women also tend to juggle a lot more. Many women when they leave a job must be replaced by 2 or 3 folks or more.
Gives a clue as to how underpaid and appreciated they are.
Though, government changes to female leadership....that might be nice. Think we will have less war then?
Somethings to ponder...thanks.
