I've been deracinated. My cube has an empty space where there used to be a wall. I'll probably be displaced tomorrow, too, if not into next week. Everything's covered in plastic. It's a bit eerie.

The day's almost over, thank goodness. After my 1.5 hour commute home (gotta love the bus system around these parts), I'll have just enough time to unwind before getting settled into the new episode of Survivor. In the words of Johnny Bravo, "Hoo ha!"

When I hear about this kind of a commute; having a twenty minute walk between work and home is so much sweeter.

Heh. I'm not envious. But I do look forward to the day when I can drive home from work in my own car.

Indeed. Dealing with public transport makes commuting that much worse.
