I can't remember the brand and they can be hard to find, but blue corn flakes.

I was going to give you guff about eating something that color, then realized that I was lifting a glass of Mountain Dew Voltage to my lips.

I definitely went through a Raisin Bran infatuation.

I've never had anything Kashi's.

autumn harvest (cane sugar to bring out wheat flavor)
cinnamon
vanilla
Vanilla has a long article on the box (it suggests that I am transported to a breakfast paradise) about the source and botany of vanilla. which is pretty neat. apparently it's the seed of a giant orchid, which is only vanilla flavored after you roast it.

Right now I'm eating a lot of oatmeal and Cheerios because Wheat seems to make me sleepy, but I'm very fond of Raisin Nut Bran.

I like oatmeal. I can't eat Cheerios without sugar or a frownyface. Never tried Raisin Nut Bran, because I suspect that I wouldn't appreciate the nut flavor. I might be persuaded to give it a shot, though.

Have you always liked it or is your interest a recent phenomenon?

I've eaten Life Cereal for as long as I can remember. It was one my mom bought waybackwhen, along with Cheerios and Wheaties. I hesitate to admit just how many years I have eaten it for breakfast. I even packed it along to Switzerland last year, as I didn't trust European grocery stores to stock it.

A mix of 80% Kellogg's Raisin Bran (must be Kellogg's - none of this crappy Post stuff or [*shudder*] store brand) and 20% Cinammon Life cereals. I LIKE strong flavors. :)

With milk: quaker oats cold, with sugar mixed in and (oddly) some Cheez-It crackers floating on top (replaced as needed)

As a snack without milk: Simply Clusters (I think; it's just the clusters, no corn flakes)

And how did you come up with the Cheez-It concoction?

Wow. You've kept up the tradition this long? :)

By the way, I really can't imagine you as a five-year-old.

I don't eat it often, but when I do it's still that way.
