I know. There are shady cops out there, and sometimes innocent people are imprisoned. I'm sure there are hundreds if not thousands of prisoners convicted 20-30 years ago who would benefit from updated DNA technology.
Osborne himself described the assault in detail when he admitted his guilt under oath to the parole board in 2004. So you have to admit guilt to be eligible for parole *and* it's perjury if you really didn't do it? That's just cruel.
