Someone on MSNBC actually said "ginormous" in a serious discussion.

It's better than the people on Fox news last week that read the entire manifesto of the Holocaust Museum shooter (giving him exactly what he wanted), and then read two more pieces of anti-Semitic and anti-black diatribes "for comparison purposes".

I made the car service place change the channel. To their credit, they did. To their discredit, they had it on that channel in the first place.

Combined with the Limbaugh assertion that the shooter was "left-wing", they're actually fueling the fire of conservative extremism while simultaneously absolving themselves of the same.

Good for you, getting them to change the channel. I don't know why Fox News is the default in many establishments.

Ugh, my ex-wife is the first person I knew who used that term and simply wouldn't stop.

It's not a word.

I would think that what you hear on a serious show regarding politics would be as formal as what would be found in a letter (with a little give and take for conversational grammar). Who would put "ginormous" in a letter?
