The culture wars have gotten bloody again. This actually shocks me--I thought this era was behind us and that we had grown somewhat with respect to the issue of abortion.

feminist makes the point that Dr. Tiller was one of two doctors in Kansas who would perform abortions, and the only one in the western part of the state. Access is now diminished for those women whose right it is to choose whether to bring their pregnancy to term.
