I was at an interfaith conference once-- the Network of Spiritual Progressives-- and this Protestant minister started his talk by saying:
"These days the Protestants want to be Catholic, the Catholics want to be Jewish, and the Jews have turned into Buddhists."
Half the audience got the references and thought it was hilarious, the other half was like huh?
