Obama being not that liberal combined with the collective resistance of the DEA and everyone in law enforcement will make this a tough sell. Because we need to protected from ourselves, right?
The 21st amendment? I think it is so damn odd that ended up in the Constitution... People thought differently when these rules were created. If the money spent on alcohol advertising was spent on pot, there would be pot stores. If the money spent on anti-pot inforcement was spent on booze... Kinda along the same lines as the pharmaceutical companies succeeding in giving chirpractors and osteopaths a bad name. And pot is also easily linked with non-religion. Wine is a "sacrement". Rastafarianism, for the most part, is laughed at. I dunno. Just babbling.
