From these projections (I realize it's August), these states are in play for the Democrats:

Alaska
Colorado
Florida
Indiana
Missouri
Montana
North Carolina
North Dakota
New Mexico
Nevada
Ohio
Virginia

The mountain states floor me, as does Nevada.

CO, NV, OH, & VA can go either way and will decide the election. The others are long shots for Obama. McCaine must win three of these four toss up states to reach 270 electoral votes; Obama can get there with just two of them.

Alaska is a special 'in-play', due to the corruption scandal with Mr. "Internet-is-a-series-of-tubes." I don't think the shot is that long.
