There is still time to call your Senators regarding the capitulation on FISA (aka, the evisceration of the 4th Amendment).
See this DailyKos diary, which has pointers as to how to contact the Senate switchboard as well as specific information about the bill, H.R. 6304. (Actually, here is the list of Senators with their Washington contact numbers. District numbers for individual Senators can be found at Congress.org.)
Michigan folks: I called Sen. Levin's DC number, and the lady I got seemed very unwilling to take down any of my information for a response--she didn't even ask me for my ZIP. I had more luck with the Detroit district office at (313) 226-6020. As for Sen. Stabenow (who I have very little faith, considering her track record, that she will do the right thing), her DC staffers were more congenial and stated right off that she planned to vote against the bill. I urged them to advise her to filibuster the bill should it come up for a vote.
Edit: There is still time. The Senate is in recess until 2:15 p.m. Eastern.
netmouse sounded the alarm as well. There is interesting commentary in her journal.
