The article, despite its title, speaks quite a bit about John Edwards. He's described as the "dark horse" candidate. I think he's the best shot the Democrats have of unseating Bush. Edwards has what the none of the other candidates have (excepting the Rev. Sharpton, of course): charisma.
Add to that the fact that he's a Southern Democrat (that is, an "electable Democrat"), and that's another point in his favor.
This isn't to say that I'm 100% behind him; there were some answers he gave to questions in early debates that gave me pause. I haven't been able to see much of the more recent debates, but I'm sure there were some things he stands for that I don't approve.
But that does not detract from the fact that it will take a charismatic candidate to unseat Bush.
