I read the thing about salmon, but I don't understand how Kroger was misleading, or what you thought you were getting that they did not provide. I'm just curious. I have never heard the term before.

I'd never heard of silverbrite until yesterday. However, I had heard of chum, the connotation of which is a better indicator as to its quality.
