I've been focused on food a lot lately.

So: sweetmeat. I like pairing savory with sweet. Anyone have any tasty recipes featuring meat (preferably fowl) with fruit?

I once ate a serving of chicken breasts smothered with dried apricots. My taste buds hankered for more. (Sadly, I did not get that recipe.)
