the good doctor

The neuropsychologist has recommended I drink apple cider vinegar (with water, of course) for a boost of energy. When I explained that I was avoiding caffeine, he seemed doubly assured that this would be a good thing.

So here I am, drinking apple cider vinegar. Never thought I'd be doing that.

He said, "You'll be running track tonight!" "Great!" I said. I didn't tell him I had a date. ;)
