When I get more of my crap together, I'm thinking of starting a poetry open mic somewhere in Ann Arbor.

This may not happen for another year or so.

Crazy Wisdom has Poetry Evenings every other Wednesday in the Tea Room (on the second floor). I sort of thought you knew about that. The next one is on the 21st of May.

Wednesday, May 21st, from 7:30-9:30 pm, EMU’s Creative Writing Graduate Student Organization invites all-comers to attend and participate in a poetry/flash fiction open-mic night. Thanks for the info. I actually didn't know this. Unfortunately, the next open mic occurs the same day that my monthly poetry group meets. I'll check out the link, though.
