What's for dinner tonight?

I want something sweet. I think my midnight snack is going to be made-from-scratch pancakes with lots and lots of syrup.

Homemade pizza with spinach and vegan pepperoni for my fiance; a low-carb fat-free veggie burrito for me.

Dieting is sooo fun.

Burrito sounds good. Why are you dieting?

Well, it is pretty good, actually, for 300 calories.

I diet because I have body-loathing issues. :(

Stir-fry in this house, with pork, onion, celery, garlic, mushroom, bok choy, and yellow bell peppers. On Jasmine rice. And Kroger "stir fry sauce" in-a-packet mix.

They're black and unlike other lentils they require some hydration before cooking (but not as much as other legumes). They hold their texture and are quite tasty.

Fajitas!

Chicken, red and green pepper, onions, jalapenos, cheese, beans, homemade spanish rice, cheese, and sour cream.

Very tasty.

Oh, I love red (and yellow, and orange) peppers.

And cheese! And sour cream! And cheese! ;)

I hope you enjoy, (belated) birthday girl. *smile*

Burningly hot chicken vindaloo (since Holly is out late tonight at a makeup party), with a side of canned curried chickpeas.

We went to Qazi's and had our usual: Split a ceasar salad, Julie had chicken massala, and I had a gyros plate.
