I again made my Apple Delight. Although the ratio of apples to dough left something to be desired, the overall taste was very good.

Digging through documents for my personal project, I came across a lot of items I wasn't sure I retained any longer. Poems I'd forgotten about! Hard copies of The Violet Isis! A draft of a story I thought was lost. I was quite excited.

So is your Apple Delight something like an apple fritter?

I'm a fiend for baked apple anything - in less lazy days I made apple crisp a lot.
