Obama - McCain is the most likely, and this is odd because they appear to be fairly close on economic issues, and there are a lot of mildly conservative Democrats who could switch to McCain based on his extensive experience and familiarity. There aren't going to be many centrist Republicans who take Obama over McCain but there are a lot of centrist Republicans who are likely to be saying, "The bleeding has to stop."

Clinton - McCain is probably even worse for the Democrats, because there are a lot of Republicans who openly despise Hillary. McCain would get a ton of fundraising money from those guys.
