Vote in my poll before clicking through here.
"Two weeks ago, Barack Obama was down 20 points in national polls. Last night, he won 13 of 21 states, and is leading in elected delegates."
Think about some of the states he won:
Alabama
Alaska
Idaho
Minnesota
North Dakota
Missouri (after it'd been called earlier for Clinton)
It amazes me how this run for the Presidency is being covered. Fox News had an anchor flat-out suggest that Obama drop out of the race because of his showings.
If the progress of the contenders were visualized like a horse race, the perceptions would be much clearer. The 24-hour news cycle skews our relationship to time.
Oh, by the way, Glenn Beck hung up on Mike Huckabee on his radio show. Not related in the least, but still interesting.

I really wish that the newsies would spend less time on the horse race and more on the issues. Even NPR falls into this trap.
