this is not as exciting as it seems. cats will glow in the dark under fluorescence lighting. They glow a bright green. the koreans created cats that glow red instead of green, like so:

It won't glow in the dark all by itself which would have been an awesome kitty to own. Next time, biological mad geniuses, do it right, give me a real glow in the dark kitty.

well you have to admit, cats that glow red at raves is a fun thing for a starting point, all we have at my work is fruit flys that glow green under UV.

all I got to say is that this is the "pong" era of glowing cats, if you know what I mean.

In the future our cats will have painted actual glow in the dark gifs showing the avatars of their masters in speedos dancing the soulja boy dance, well, that's what my cat would have. It will be an excellent day.
